Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using The Value Road Trip services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

The Value Road Trip provides road trip planning services, including custom route planning, guided tours, accommodation booking assistance, and travel support services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Booking and Payment

All bookings require a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled trip date will receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made 15-29 days before will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

The Value Road Trip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
